What is included in the rental cost
- Villa Eden will be cleaned and the beds made with fresh bed linen prior to your arrival
- Electricity, air conditioning, gas and wifi
- Welcome pack for your arrival
- Bed linen will be changed every 7 nights. Extra linen changes can be arranged at an extra cost
- Pool, bath and hand towels are provide for use during your stay
- End of stay clean. Should Villa Eden be left in an unacceptable condition, an extra cleaning charge will be taken from the damage deposit.

Terms & Conditions :
Prices quoted are per week (7 nights).
To secure a reservation, 25% of the total rental balance is due within 3 days. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Both payments to Spanish bank account.
A refundable damage deposit of €500 or £500 is also required per reservation. It is to be paid by bank transfer one week prior to arrival.
Check in on day of arrival is from 16:00 hrs until 21:00 hrs.
Check out is by 10:00 hrs.
An unsociable check in and check out fee of €30 will apply to guests checking in/out between the hours of 21:00 and 0700 hrs.
It maybe possible to check in earlier or check out later, but this will be discussed on a one to one basis, as it will depends on other reservations. I will always try my best to accommodate requests as my aim is for all guests to have a lovely, stress free holiday.
